A short, reflective session exploring what happens when communication is not assertive, and how this shows up in everyday interactions.

Non-assertivity often means not expressing what is actually true for you in the moment. It can take the form of avoiding conflict, over-adapting to others, or staying silent when something matters.

Over time, this tends to create internal pressure:

unspoken frustration builds up
boundaries become unclear
decisions feel misaligned
communication becomes indirect or unclear

Assertive communication is the ability to express what is true for you clearly, directly, and without unnecessary aggression or justification. It is not about pushing, but about being honest and precise in what is communicated.

In this session, we look at simple real-life situations where non-assertivity tends to appear, and what changes when communication becomes more direct and grounded.

The focus is not theory or role-play. It is awareness of patterns that already happen in daily life, and what shifts when they are seen clearly.

This is not therapy, not conflict training, and not a performance exercise. It is a practical exploration of how communication affects relationships and internal state.

No preparation needed.

A space to notice where communication becomes unclear, and what becomes possible when it is simplified.
