A practical training session for teams looking to improve how work flows across processes, reduce inefficiencies, and gain clarity on where time and effort are being spent.

The focus is on applying simple, structured methods such as Lean, PDCA, A3 Method, and Lean Six Sigma in a way that is accessible to non-experts.

The session is built around real examples and team input:

we map a current process step by step
we identify friction points, delays, and rework
we explore root causes using simple questioning
we define small, testable improvements

PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) is used as a basic cycle to test changes in short loops rather than relying on large assumptions. A3 refers to structuring thinking on a single page, making problems and actions visible. Lean focuses on reducing waste and improving flow. Lean Six Sigma adds a layer of consistency and measurement where needed.

A key part of the session looks at the common wastes described in Lean, such as waiting time, unnecessary movement, overprocessing, excess inventory, defects, and unused talent. These are not abstract categories, but observable patterns in daily work. By learning to recognise them directly in your own processes, it becomes easier to remove what does not add value and simplify the flow of work.

Another focus is on Poka-yoke, or mistake-proofing. This means designing steps in a process so that errors either cannot happen or are immediately visible. Instead of relying on attention or reminders, the process itself is adjusted to guide correct action. Small changes in how tasks are set up can significantly reduce defects and rework.

This is not theoretical training, not certification-focused, and not abstract methodology. It is a hands-on session grounded in the actual work of the team.

No prior experience is required. The training adapts to the context of the company and the type of processes involved.

A direct way to step back, see the process clearly, and start improving it.
