# ⛰️ Mountain Walk in Queralt

Slow Walks Berga is a small, guided walking group based in the Berguedà area. We meet once a month for a 2-3 hour slow walk in nature, around Santuari de Queralt.

Each walk combines easy movement with short moments of reflection and optional sharing. The focus is not performance or hiking distance, but attention, presence, and simple conversation.

The format is structured but informal:

- we walk at a relaxed pace
- we pause at intervals for light prompts
- there is space for both silence and sharing
- no prior experience is needed

The aim is to create a space where people can step out of routine, slow down the mind, and notice what is already present in their life, without pressure to analyse or fix anything.

Most walks start from the [upper car park near Santuari de Queralt](https://maps.app.goo.gl/UVF2SxRdT9teurgT7) and follow nearby mountain paths with open views over Berga and the surrounding valleys.

This is not a hiking club, sometimes workshop format, but not a therapy group. It is a simple walking space for clarity, presence, and real conversation in nature.
