From the earliest times, singing has been one of the most natural ways for humans to come together. Not stage singing, and not singing for applause, but shared vocal expression in circles, around fire, or during collective work.
In this session, we explore the voice not only as singing, but as expression, speech, and presence. The voice as a way of allowing what is inside to move outward, without needing to “do it correctly”.
Many times, words, emotions, and expression are held back through habit, fear, or conditioning. Here the invitation is different: to allow the voice to emerge naturally.
The session will include:
movement and embodied expression
simple voice exploration exercises
playful group dynamics
moments of presence and listening
It is not about vocal technique or performance. No prior experience is needed, and there is no requirement to know how to sing.
This is simply an invitation to come and observe what happens when space is given to your own expression.
