A playful evening of creating short poems together, on the spot.

No preparation, no experience, and no pressure to write something "good". The idea is simply to play with words, imagination, and whatever happens to appear in the moment.

Throughout the evening we'll use fun prompts to inspire spontaneous poems. A single word, an object, a feeling, or a random theme may become the starting point for a few lines of poetry.

The format is simple:

creative writing prompts
5–10 minutes to write
optional reading aloud
plenty of laughter and encouragement
repeat with new themes

Poems can be serious, funny, strange, beautiful, absurd, or completely unexpected. There is no judging, analysing, or correcting—only sharing.

This is not a literature class, not a poetry competition, and not a critique workshop. It is a relaxed space to experiment with creativity and enjoy hearing how differently each person responds to the same prompt.

Bring a notebook if you like, or simply write on your phone.

Sometimes the best lines are the ones you never planned to write.
