People-pleasing is one of the most common — and least examined — patterns that shape how we communicate. It shows up in how we soften our words, agree when we don't, stay silent when we should speak, or prioritise others' comfort over our own truth.

In this online session, we'll look directly at what happens to communication when the need for approval takes over: what gets lost, what gets distorted, and what becomes possible when we begin to communicate from a more grounded place.

We'll explore questions like: Why do we say yes when we mean no? What is the fear that drives it? And what would honest communication actually feel like?

Open to anyone curious about communication and human behaviour. No background required — just a willingness to look honestly.

Note: This session will be conducted in English.

People-pleasing isn't kindness — it's the fear of what happens if you're honest. And the cost is always the same: connection built on something that isn't quite you.
